About Us

Goodnight Cramp was discovered by its founder in 2014 during a family holiday to the South of France. 
 
Having suffered from severe nocturnal foot and leg cramp for years, she was offered a large lump of hand-made laundry soap as a cure. 
 
As sceptical as she was, having tried numerous remedies, she enjoyed the rest of her holiday cramp free. 
 
So, she brought it home and could not wait to share the fantastic remedy with everyone she knew.  The feedback was overwhelming!  
 
Hence, with a few alterations for improved effectiveness and convenience, she proudly introduced Goodnight Cramp!

How Does it Work?

Although we cannot say how it works with any absolute scientific conclusion at this time, research does exist.  A 2008 study by Dr Yon Doo Ough, Wisconsin, USA, suggests that ‘the scent of the soap is the active ingredient’ (Ough, 2008) responsible for alleviating the pain associated with muscle cramps.
